It is a cabin-style freestanding tent as the vertical walls give enough space which is ideal for 2 adults and 3 kids. The windows are quite large on each side of the tent allowing a full clear view. These tents do come have zipper windows which can allow rainwater during heavy rain. The fiberglass poles and other set-up accessories are cheap including the stake which is very thin and is not suitable for harsh weather. Not very easy to set up. It has no vestibules which makes it hard to store gear. It is bulky and is not easy to carry on trails. These don’t come with enough storage for 6 people One of the excellent features of this tent is it comes with a zipped E-Power port to allow running an extension cord.
